Come and support Pittsburgh’s less fortunate through programs supported by Community Human Services. Saturday the 12th ‘Burgh VIP’s will gather at the Shadow Lounge for a Jazz and Tapas hour sponsored by Tusca and Rivertowne North Shore. A donation of $30.00 (all proceeds benefit CHS) gets you admission into the Jazz and Tapas VIP Hour with guest bartenders: Bill Peduto of Pittsburgh City Council, Sean McDowell of WDVE, Dr. Kristin Jones of UPMC and announcing Virginia Montanez also known as Pitt Girl.

Logo Design Contest Winner

We’d like to congratulate Renee Butor from Black Bear Publishing for winning the Rock the Streets Logo Design Contest sponsored by CommonWealth Press. Renee’s winning logo is being screen printed on tee shirts by our friends at CWPress. All the proceeds from the sale of these tees, at the event, will provide needed funding for important Community Human Services’ programs.

Renee’s design is also the main focus of all the media that the Rock The Streets committee is producing in anticipation for the June 12th event. SAVE THE DATE!
